High Alpine MTB Adventure · French & Italian Alps

This summer, we explored the French and Italian Alps in search of true high alpine riding — and what we found was something entirely different from anything else.

Riding above 2,500 meters is not just mountain biking. It’s a different dimension, where the terrain becomes more exposed, more technical, and more demanding — somewhere between being a rider and a mountaineer.

Expect long days in the mountains, often 6–8 hours, navigating rocky terrain, high-altitude paths, and some of the highest military trails in Europe, reaching up to 2,850 meters.

It’s not easy — but for those ready for it, the reward is unforgettable: raw landscapes, silence, and the kind of riding that stays with you long after the trip ends.
